With unbreakable resolve, Libya's youth reach VEX Worlds

With unbreakable resolve, Libya's youth are knocking on the doors of the world stage.

Behind these photos lies a long story of struggle. The road to the robotics world championship (VEX Worlds) was not paved with roses. Our team faced tough challenges, security complications and strict procedures in the United States that nearly stood between us and our dream of representing our country.

But in the face of Libyan persistence, every obstacle melts away.

We extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to Engineer Belgassem Haftar (the "leader of reconstruction"), who was our true support in overcoming these difficult circumstances. Thanks to his unlimited support and his belief that Libya's youth should be at the forefront, we were able to get past every hurdle and stand proudly today at the heart of this global event.

We are here today to prove to the world that Libya's youth, despite all the hardships, are the "highest in the room" through their knowledge, their work and their indomitable determination.
